Colorful Cream Yogurt Cake with Jelly

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, and gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before adding layers.

2. Prepare the Cream Layer

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Gently fold in yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

3. Prepare the Jelly

Prepare your chosen jelly flavors according to package instructions.

Let them set in the fridge until firm.

Cut into cubes or desired shapes once set.

4. Assemble the Cake

Spread a layer of cream evenly over the cooled cake.

Arrange the jelly cubes on top of the cream in a colorful pattern.

Optionally, add fresh fruit pieces between jelly cubes for extra texture and flavor.

Chill the assembled cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
