Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until melted.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix almond flour with the egg.
Combine: Pour melted cheese mixture into the almond flour and egg mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Shape the Crust: Place the dough on the parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten into a round or rectangle about ¼-inch thick.
Pre-Bake the Crust: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Add Sauce & Toppings: Remove crust from oven, spread pizza sauce evenly, and add your favorite toppings. Sprinkle the remaining 2/3 cup mozzarella over the top.
Bake Again: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Slice and enjoy hot.
