Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese

Mix softened butter with minced garlic. Spread evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

Cook Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and sauté for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Set aside.

Assemble Sandwich:
On the unbuttered side of half the bread slices, layer mozzarella, cheddar, and cooked shrimp. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

Grill:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve:
Cut in halves or quarters. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
