Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the Creamy Base:
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Add Eggs & Vanilla:
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Form the Dough:
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
Shape the Cookies:
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between cookies. Make a small indentation in the center of each and fill with a little caramel sauce.
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
