1–2 drops coconut oil or warm water
Soft-bristled toothbrush or clean finger
Instructions:
Mix the turmeric and salt in a small bowl.
Add a few drops of coconut oil or warm water to form a thick paste.
Dip your toothbrush (or finger) into the paste.
Gently brush the affected teeth and gums for 1–2 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
