12 oz rigatoni pasta
1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Cheddar Parmesan Sauce:
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed to loosen sauce)
