Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin (if using), cornstarch, and broth. Set aside.

Cook Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked. Remove beef and set aside.

Cook Broccoli: In the same skillet, add remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.

Combine & Simmer: Return beef to the skillet. Pour sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir to combine and cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and beef is cooked through.

Serve: Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
