Baked Tangerine Chicken

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.

Prepare for Baking:

Brush the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.

Drain the chicken pieces from the marinade and place them in the dish.

Cook the Sauce:

Pour the reserved marinade into a saucepan.

Add half a glass of chicken broth.

Cook over medium heat until the mixture is reduced by half, forming a thick sauce.

Bake the Chicken:

Pour the reduced sauce over the chicken pieces in the baking dish.

Bake for about 1 hour, brushing the chicken occasionally with the sauce to keep it moist and flavorful.
