Baked Cauliflower Cheese: A Comforting, Healthy Side Dish

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the cauliflower: Wash and break the cauliflower into florets. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.

Arrange in a baking dish: Place the cauliflower florets evenly in a greased baking dish.

Add cheese and topping: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the florets. Add breadcrumbs on top if you like a crunchy finish.
