Bacon-Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Wrap the Smokies

Take one-third slice of bacon and wrap it around a Lil’ Smokie.

Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat for all smokies.

3️⃣ Prepare Butter & Brown Sugar (Optional)

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Stir in brown sugar until dissolved for a sweet glaze.

4️⃣ Bake

Place the wrapped smokies on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with melted butter (and brown sugar glaze, if using).

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized. Turn halfway for even cooking.

5️⃣ Serve

Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm. Perfect as an appetizer, game-day snack, or party treat!
