Bacon and Cheese Quiche with Hashbrown Crust

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Hashbrown Crust:
In a bowl, mix the thawed hash browns with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden.

Cook Bacon:
While the crust bakes, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.

Mix the Filling:
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and any optional vegetables.

Assemble the Quiche:
Pour the filling into the pre-baked hashbrown crust.

Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.

Cool and Serve:
Let the quiche rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
