Bacon and Cheese Quiche with Hashbrown Crust

1. Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.

2. Prepare the Hashbrown Crust:
Mix thawed hashbrowns with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Press evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden.

3. Cook Bacon & Veggies:
Cook bacon until crisp, then chop. Sauté bell peppers and onions if using, until tender.

4. Assemble Filling:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Layer cooked bacon, veggies, and cheese over the hashbrown crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top.

5. Bake the Quiche:
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until the filling is set and the top is golden. Let cool 5–10 minutes before slicing.
