ASMR Potato Bake – Comforting, Flavorful, and Irresistible

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

2. Prepare the Potatoes

Peel (optional) and thinly slice potatoes. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

3. Make the Creamy Mixture

In a small saucepan, heat butter, garlic, and cream (or milk) over medium heat. Stir in salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Remove from heat once warm and fragrant.

4. Layer the Bake

Place a layer of potato slices at the bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle some chopped onion and a portion of cheese.

Pour a little creamy mixture over the layer.

Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cheese layer on top.

5. Bake

Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.

6. Garnish and Serve

Let the potato bake cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
