Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Light, Flavorful, and Easy to Make

Prepare the Chicken
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Break up any large pieces if using ground chicken.

Sauté Aromatics
Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Toss in the julienned zucchini and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

Season the Filling
Pour in soy sauce or tamari and sesame oil (if using). Stir well to coat all ingredients. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to let flavors meld.

Finish and Garnish
