Apple Pie Cake That Melts in Your Mouth

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy.

Add vegetable oil and warm milk, mixing until smooth.

Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet mixture gently.

Fold in the diced apples.

Step 3 – Assemble the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Arrange the thin apple slices on top in a decorative pattern.

Optionally, sprinkle a little sugar over the apple slices for a caramelized effect.

Step 4 – Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving.
