Prep the Potatoes
Wash, peel (optional), and cut the potatoes into crinkle shapes using a crinkle cutter.
Soak the cut fries in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Dry & Season
Drain and pat the fries completely dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
