Spinach and Feta Gozleme

A traditional Turkish flatbread stuffed with a flavorful mixture of spinach and feta cheese. Crispy on the outside and savory on the inside, this dish makes a perfect snack, lunch, or appetizer.

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup warm water (adjust as needed)

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon dried mint or oregano
