Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, mashed
3–4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
1 tbsp lime juice (or more to taste)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
Dash of smoked paprika or chipotle powder
Diced jalapeño for heat
Crumbled feta or blue cheese for a twist
Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble.
In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt.
Stir in red onion, tomato, and garlic.
Fold in crumbled bacon and cilantro.
Season with pepper and adjust to taste.
Serve right away with chips, on burgers, or in wraps.
