Vanilla Cupcake with Chocolate

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In an electric mixer, combine eggs, sugar, milk, butter or ghee, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until fully combined and smooth.

Prepare Cupcakes:
Pour the batter into cupcake molds, filling each about 2/3 full. Arrange dark chocolate pieces on top or gently fold some into the batter.

Bake:
Place the tray on the middle oven shelf and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool & Serve:
Allow cupcakes to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
