Hydrate the TVP

In a bowl, pour the 600 ml of water over the TVP. Let it soak for 10–15 minutes until softened.

Drain excess water if necessary.

Prepare the Flavor Base

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, chopped chili, ginger powder, and salt.

Combine & Cook

Toss the hydrated TVP in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.

Optionally, sauté lightly in a non-stick pan for 5–7 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.

Serve

Enjoy as a main dish, in wraps, salads, or stir-fries.

✅ Tips:

Adjust chili to taste for milder or spicier results.

For a richer flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or smoked paprika.

TVP absorbs flavors well, so letting it marinate for 15–30 minutes before cooking can intensify the taste.
