Tropical Pineapple Cream Cheese Bundt Cake

Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Make the Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, crushed pineapple, oil, sour cream, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with pineapple juice until smooth. Adjust with more juice or sugar for desired consistency.

Glaze the Cake: Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake. Garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
