1. Prep the Nuts and Seeds
Roughly chop peanuts and almonds for a bit of texture.
Mix with oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds in a large bowl.
2. Add Honey
Warm honey slightly if needed to make it more pourable.
Drizzle honey over the nut and seed mixture, then mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
3. Form the Bars
Line a square or rectangular pan with parchment paper.
Press the mixture firmly into the pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
Once set, remove from the pan and cut into bars or squares.
