Ingredients
For the Ribs:
1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) pork ribs (St. Louis style or baby back)
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Potatoes:
4–5 medium potatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
