Ingredients:

For the Rava Idli Premix:

2 tbsp oil

½ tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp urad dal

1 tsp roasted chana dal

1 tsp finely chopped ginger

1 tsp chopped green chilli

1 cup semolina (Rava/Sooji)

2 tbsp chopped coriander

For the Idli Batter:

1 cup Rava Idli Premix

1 cup curd

¾ cup water (adjust as needed)

Salt, to taste

1 tsp fruit salt (Eno)

Roasted cashews for garnish (optional)
