2. Cook the Filling:

3. Assemble the Rolls:
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Roll the pastry tightly into a log, pinching the ends to seal.
4. Bake:
Place the rolled pastry seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake 25–30 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden.
