Bring 2–3 quarts of water to a boil. Add the macaroni, stirring occasionally.
Boil for 8 minutes or until tender, then drain well.
In a large frying pan, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Queso Mama and pimento cheese to the cooked sausage. Stir and cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the cheeses are fully melted.
Add the drained elbow noodles to the sausage-cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Optional: Pour additional Queso Mama over the pasta for extra creaminess.
