Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares and press each square into the muffin cups.
Place a cube of Brie in the center of each puff pastry square.
Top each bite with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and puffed.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
