Peameal Bacon Breakfast Sliders – Sweet, Savory, and Perfectly Cheesy

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Add oil or butter, then cook peameal bacon slices for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Transfer to a plate and keep warm.

Cook the Eggs

Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour in eggs and scramble gently until soft and creamy (or cook into folded omelets for a tidier look).

Remove from heat.

Assemble the Sliders

Slice the buns in half horizontally, keeping them attached as a sheet.

Spread mayonnaise and/or Dijon mustard on the bottom half, if desired.

Layer cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese.

Drizzle lightly with maple syrup for a sweet-savory touch.

Place the top half of buns over the filling.

Bake & Finish

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brush bun tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning.

Place sliders in a baking dish, cover loosely with foil, and bake 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Serve

Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with hash browns, fruit salad, or coffee.
