Prepare Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Combine & Serve: Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
