Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Potatoes:

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Add Parmesan:

Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the potatoes and toss lightly to coat.

Bake:

Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
