Onion Tea – A Natural Remedy for Cough Relief

Peel and thinly slice the onion.

Boil:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the sliced onion (and ginger if using).

Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and Sweeten:

Strain the tea into a cup.

Add honey if desired and stir well.

Serve:

Drink while warm, 1–2 times daily for cough relief.
