Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Pour honey over them until fully covered.
Let It Infuse
Cover the jar and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 6–8 hours (or overnight).

Strain and Use
Strain the syrup into a clean jar or bottle.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
How to Use
