Mushroom Ravioli with Spinach in Garlic Cream Sauce

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook mushroom ravioli according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Spinach Cream Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).

Pour in cream, Parmesan, black pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened.

If the sauce is too thick, add broth to reach desired consistency.

Step 3: Combine Ravioli & Sauce

Add cooked ravioli to the skillet.

Toss gently to coat in the spinach cream sauce.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp butter for extra richness and shine.

Step 4: Serve
