Morning Glow Baked Oatmeal with Apple & Banana

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish.

Prepare Oats:
In a large bowl, mix the ground oats, whole oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Add Fruits & Liquid:
Mash the banana and chop the apple into small pieces. Stir the fruits into the oat mixture. Gradually add the milk, mixing until a thick batter forms. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.

Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, plain or with a drizzle of yogurt or nut butter.
