Lazy Morning Overnight Casserole

Prep the Night Before:
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese, cooked meat, onion, bell pepper, and bread cubes until everything is evenly coated.

Refrigerate Overnight:
Cover the mixture and place it in the fridge. Let it soak overnight so the bread absorbs the egg mixture, creating a custardy texture in the morning.

Bake in the Morning:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set in the center.

Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
