Add the sliced kielbasa to the bowl and gently toss with the vegetables.
4. Arrange on Sheet Pan
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet pan in a single layer to ensure even roasting.
5. Roast
Roast in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until potatoes are tender and vegetables are slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
