Keto Creamy Cauliflower “Mac & Cheese”

1. Cook the Cauliflower

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5–7 minutes until just fork-tender.

Drain thoroughly and pat dry to prevent a watery cheese sauce.

2. Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add garlic powder, mustard powder (if using), salt, and pepper.

Fold in cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until fully melted and sauce is thick.

3. Combine

Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese sauce.

Stir until every floret is evenly coated with the creamy sauce.

4. Serve

Spoon onto plates and sprinkle extra black pepper on top.

Optional: For a golden crust, transfer to an oven-safe dish, sprinkle extra cheese, and broil for 2–3 minutes.
