Prep the Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Melt & Mix: In a large saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips, and mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Add Peanuts: Remove from heat and fold in the salted peanuts, reserving a small handful for topping if desired.
Pour & Spread: Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
