Homemade Hair Growth & Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo

In a saucepan, bring the 3 cups of water to a boil.

Add the chopped onion, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, flaxseeds, grated avocado pit, and rosemary.

Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the liquid cool completely.

Strain the mixture to remove solids.

Mix the strained liquid with your neutral shampoo and add the vitamin E capsule (pierce it and squeeze the oil in).

Transfer to a clean, airtight container and store in the fridge.
