Peel the garlic cloves and wash the lemons thoroughly.
Chop the lemons into small pieces, keeping the peel on.
2. Blend
Place the chopped lemons and peeled garlic in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
3. Cook & Strain
Transfer the mixture into a pot and add 1 liter of water.
Heat until boiling, then remove from heat.
Strain the liquid to remove solids.
4. Bottle & Store
Pour the strained liquid into sanitized bottles.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Usage
Drink 50 milliliters daily, two hours before or after meals.
Continue for 25 days, then take a 10-day break.
Repeat for a second round if desired, with another 10-day break before considering a third round.
