Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Spinach

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

Add broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cover and steam until broccoli is tender.

Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

Return the chicken to the skillet. Add paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Serve hot and enjoy!
