Fried Cabbage with Shrimp & Sausage

1. Cook the Sausage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.

2. Sauté Aromatics

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet.

Cook until softened and fragrant.

3. Cook the Shrimp

Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2–3 minutes.

4. Add the Cabbage

Add the chopped cabbage, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.

5. Serve
