Wash the mango leaves thoroughly.
Tear the leaves into smaller pieces to release their natural compounds.
Boil 4 cups of water and add the mango leaves.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes, then remove from heat.
Strain the leaves and pour the liquid into a cup.
Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Drink warm, preferably in the morning or before bedtime.
