Mix 1/2 cup baking soda with a few tablespoons of water to form a spreadable paste.
Apply to the Oven:
Wearing gloves, spread the paste all over the oven interior, focusing on greasy or burnt spots. Avoid heating elements.
Let It Sit:
Leave the paste on for at least 8–12 hours or overnight. This gives it time to break down grease and grime.
Wipe Away the Paste:
Use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe off as much of the paste as possible.
Spray with Vinegar:
Put 1/4 cup vinegar in a spray bottle and lightly spray the interior. The vinegar reacts with leftover baking soda, foaming slightly and lifting stubborn residue.
Final Wipe:
Wipe the oven clean with a damp cloth. Use an old toothbrush for corners or tricky areas.
✅ Tip: For extremely burnt-on grease, repeat the process or let the paste sit a bit longer.
