Peel from 1–2 oranges (organic preferred)
1 small piece of fresh ginger (2–3 cm)
2 cups of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for flavor)
How to Prepare
Wash the orange peels thoroughly to remove any pesticides or wax.
Slice the ginger thinly.
In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the orange peels and ginger.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes to extract the flavors and nutrients.
Strain the liquid into a cup and add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm, once or twice daily.
