You’ll need:
1–2 fresh garlic cloves
Gauze or a breathable bandage
How to use:
Crush garlic to release allicin.
Apply paste to the affected nail.
Cover with gauze and leave for 30–60 minutes.
Rinse off and dry thoroughly.
Repeat daily for 7–14 days.

2. Garlic Oil Soak
You’ll need:
2–3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
Warm water
Steps:
Lightly crush garlic and warm in olive oil (do not boil).
Cool and strain.
