Prepare the Cheese: Cut cheddar cheese into small cubes (about 1-inch pieces).

Coat: Dip each cheese cube into the beaten egg whites, making sure it’s fully coated.

Heat the Oil: In a deep pan or fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high until hot (about 350°F / 175°C).

Fry: Carefully drop the coated cheese cubes into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy, about 1–2 minutes.

Drain & Serve: Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately while hot and melty inside.
