Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Broccoli
Steam or boil the broccoli until tender, about 5–6 minutes.
Drain and let cool slightly, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor until it resembles small crumbs.
3. Make the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add the beaten egg and mix until the mixture holds together.
4. Form the Balls
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Roll each ball in additional breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.
