Season the chicken: Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

Sauté garlic and tomatoes: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add spinach and cream: Stir in the spinach until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Add cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Return chicken to the pan: Place chicken back in the skillet and spoon sauce over each piece. Simmer for a few minutes to reheat chicken and blend flavors.
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
