In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, and chia seeds. Stir well to mix.
Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight (at least 6–8 hours).
In the morning, remove from the fridge and top with sliced strawberries, blueberries, banana, and chopped nuts.
Stir gently if desired, and enjoy immediately.
